We have a 30-day return policy should you wish to return your order for a refund within that period.

 

All items you wish to return must be unaltered and wrapped securely in their original packaging. The goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so all items to be returned must be carefully packaged and sealed properly to avoid damage in transit. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

 

Once the item(s) are returned to our warehouse we will process the refund to the original payment method which may take up to 10 business days.

 

To process a return, we require an email confirmation that you wish to return your item(s) to enquiries@grasscompanyuk.com providing the key information below:

 

  • Order number
  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Contact number
  • Reason for Return

 

If your order is bespoke and has been cut to your specific requirement and sizes, a fee of 50% of the order value, and a £50 charge to arrange the collection with a third party courier, will be deducted from the refund.

 

Once the order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel your order for a full refund.

 

If an order is cancelled:

  • After the 24-hour period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value will be deducted from the refund as your item will have been cut, packaged and prepared for delivery.
  • On the day of delivery, a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value, and a delivery charge of £50 will be deducted from the refund for the third party courier charges.

 

If your item(s) is found to be damaged or faulty:

  • Upon delivery and the delivery is refused, this must be clearly stated on the delivery note the courier presents to you for a signature. A full refund will be issued upon the return of goods back to our warehouse.
  • After the delivery has been accepted, you must notify us within 48 hours via email at: enquiries@grasscompanyuk.com providing:

    • Order Number
    • Full Name
    • Address
    • Contact Number
    • Description of damage/fault
    • Images of damage/fault

     

    Once we have reviewed the information provided, if you are eligible for a refund, a collection will be arranged, and a full refund or replacement will be provided at no extra cost.

     

    If an incorrect item(s) is received, a collection will be arranged, and the correct order will be despatched at no extra cost, or otherwise, a full refund will be issued.
